Service Description

This is a request for booking a specific date. Each booking requires a $60 deposit which is used to secure your date and will be returned if there is no damage and/or cleaning above normal and routine. If your booking is accepted you will have access to the Banquet Hall from 8 am to 11:59 pm on your specific date. The space is great for many different types of events: family reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, work events, etc. Banquet Hall Details: -Capacity is up to 80 people -On-site parking, handicapped accessible and non-smoking -Large open room with central heat and air with an area where you can set up a DJ or music -Separate Kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave -Two handicapped accessible restrooms (one men’s and one women’s) Also includes: -14 tables (8 foot rectangle tables) -80 chairs Decorations: Renters are able to decorate with decorations (which need to be removed after your event) Food / Catering details: -Outside food, desserts and drinks can be brought in -You can also choose to have Thomason’s BBQ cater your event (catering information including costs available upon request)
